Two years ago I found your hotel in one of the travel coupon books while traveling in the San Francisco area on vacation. I used your coupon and was pleasantly surprised. Your hotel and facilities were wonderful and your employees at both the Sunnyvale and SF Airport locations were great. As you can see, I stayed again this summer and plan to use you again next summer. Thanks for offering such upscale rooms and facilities at such a great price. Your attention to upkeep, cleanliness and pleasant surroundings is far superior to other hotels in the area.

I wanted to say that the breakfast bar was the most professional and well-stocked breakfast bar of all your locations. The cleanliness, organization and complete stocking were at all times there. I really enjoyed my stay at your hotel. I travel a lot and stay in hotels almost every week. Without having a reservation, I walked into your hotel in SF. I was given a room and very much enjoyed my stay. Since I do stay in hotels so often, it is somewhat of a challenge to make me sit up and take notice of a hotel. I rarely, if ever, reply to surveys or complement on my stay. I was told that currently your chain is only on the west coast. I travel all over the states and would like to use you hotels when ever possible. Keep up the good work!
