It's all about the little things...WOW! Fresh baked cookies and fruit in the lobby, popcorn, tea and coffee in the room, great bed and toiletries.

We were so impressed by how welcome we felt at your hotel. We stayed with three dogs for the Seattle KC shows and felt like we belonged, rather than just being put up with. We appreciated the extra measures the hotel put took for our stay; early breakfast, washing area, designated dog area. I love the Starbucks coffee, the basket of granola bars, complimentary popcorn and water, complimentary laundry service if needed, the quality shampoo, down comforter, a nice chair for the desk etc. While I did not drink the water, eat the popcorn or use the laundry service, it showed me that you care for your guests and want to go above and beyond. I had a very enjoyable stay. Thank you.
