I loved my stay at the Larkspur. I had never been there before and found the front desk clerk to be very friendly and helpful. She suggested where to eat and opened the fridge to give us free juices. When the hotel makes their guests feel at home, it makes the guests feel welcomed and shows them their business is appreciated. This hotel is absolutely beautiful! I was most pleasantly surprised when I arrived. I travel rather frequently for business and pleasure and this is definitely one of the best places I've stayed. The beds and bedding are HEAVENLY!!! I was in Pleasanton for a seminar and picked your hotel from a list sent to me by the seminar company. I bragged so much about your hotel and the beds that the trainer at my seminar checked out of her hotel and moved to the Larkspur. There were seven people in my class; three of us stayed at the Larkspur, the trainer switched to your hotel and the other four didn't have anything great to stay about their hotel choices. I was originally introduced to your hotel by another participant in the classes I am taking. As a result of my first stay, I cancelled all of my prior reservations and rebooked at Larkspur Landing.

I was somewhat forced to select your hotel when my reservation at a nearby hotel was messed up. Not sure what to expect, I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities and service. In fact, when a room opened up at the hotel, I declined, wanting to stay at the Larkspur for the entire week. That should speak volumes to you!

As unpleasant as it was for us to move out of our house, the staff at your facility made the two and a half weeks as pleasant as can be expected. The staff at the front desk were always pleasant, greeted us and was friendly and sociable. I honestly feel you should commend the staff at the Pleasanton facility for doing such a wonderful job.
