I was a flight attendant for four years. So as you can imagine, I have stayed at several hotels. I have never had such exceptional service before - EVER - like I did at your hotel. I will HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone I come in contact with. When I got lost while driving to the hotel, a staff member gave me directions. He STAYED on the phone with me until I got to the parking lot. He was very patient and kind. I was grateful for his assistance, and certainly hope his manager knows he went above and beyond the call of duty.

I love this hotel. It is my first choice when traveling to San Jose - although I've been turned away before because it was sold out! I feel very comfortable and very safe -- and I'm always impressed by the courteous staff, the incredible cleanliness and the WONDERFUL bed!!

I LOOOOOOVED everything about the hotel but especially loved the room. I wish I would have taken full advantage of the kitchen and all the stuff in it, but I guess I can next time. The bed was AMAZING and the way the room was set up to feel like a normal bedroom really grabbed my attention. Overall, this was best hotel I have EVER stayed in.
