The hotel was beautiful; the room was so clean and comfortable. We had such a great night's sleep. Even the pullout sofa was comfortable! The kids were so excited and didn't want to leave: they already want to come back. We are hoping your company will put one in San Diego since we go there frequently. We felt at home, I even felt comfortable without shoes on, so nice and clean and quiet. Thank you for such a great stay. We wish there were more hotels like Larkspur!

I wanted management to know of an EXTRAORDINARY experience I had while staying at your hotel. I was on an exhausting business trip, arrived late to the hotel and must have dropped my car keys. In the middle of the night, my phone rang and although sound asleep I heard someone say, "I'm sorry if I woke you, but wanted you to know your car keys are at the front desk. Have a good night." The next morning, while looking for my keys, I remembered the call and, sure enough, the keys were at the front desk. I asked the clerk how they knew the keys were mine. The only thing that made sense was that the night clerk had called my care rental agency to find out who rented the car that belonged with the keys...then checked the registry...found me...and called to let me know they were not lost. What an incredible thing to do! I train Sales and Service and will use this as an example of how we want our customers treated. THANK YOU!

Larkspur Landing is my favorite local hotel because of its warm tasteful decor and excellent amenities; I don't feel like I'm at a hotel. Larkspur Landing is the first hotel I recommend to visiting business colleagues. I personally just had a wonderful "mom's getaway" at Larkspur Landing. It is a great home away from home. Thank you!

When I thought I lost a ring with tremendous sentimental value the staff at the front desk was incredibly helpful. After I checked out, he actually got a bunch of people together and armed them with flashlights for a thorough search for my ring. That was IMPRESSIVE! As a result, I'll definitely stay there next time I'm in Folsom. Also, I think the computer setup for printing boarding passes is great. The bagels in the morning are a fabulous touch! Larkspur is a business traveler's dream!

I was so surprised by the friendly feel of the hotel. I frequently stay in hotels for work, and often one seems just like the next, and I forget where I am. I was addressed by name several times and treated like I was at home away from home. Thanks.
